How fast is a SHIB payment confirmed?
Stablora credits it after 12 confirmations on Ethereum. The checkout page shows the progress live, and you receive a signed payment.completed webhook the moment it is credited.
What does it cost to accept SHIB?
0.5% of each payment, with no monthly or setup fee. Withdrawing to your own wallet costs a 0.5% commission plus a flat network fee (400,000 SHIB on Ethereum).
What if the customer sends too little or too much?
If less arrives, the checkout asks for the rest before the order expires (you can accept small shortfalls with a tolerance in Settings). Anything above the amount due is recorded as an overpayment that you can refund.
What if the customer uses the wrong network or coin?
The checkout shows the coin and network right next to the address. Coins sent on another network or in another coin are not credited automatically.
Can I convert SHIB to a stablecoin automatically?
Not on Ethereum yet: you receive SHIB and can withdraw it to any wallet or exchange. The amount is still locked per order, so the customer pays what the order was worth when it was created.
