A crypto payment platform for shops, SaaS products and gaming platforms. You create invoices or payment links, customers pay in the coin they hold, and the balance lands in your workspace, where you can convert it or pay it out.
Is it live? Can I accept real money today?
Not yet. Stablora currently runs as a sandbox and on public testnets. No real funds are accepted, and every balance you see is test money. Build and test your integration now; live mode arrives when the production infrastructure is ready.
How long does integration take?
Most shops are done in minutes with a plugin from Integrations. Custom platforms use the REST API or the Node SDK; the API reference has copy-paste examples, and the testing guide covers every payment scenario.
Do I need a company to sign up?
You can create a workspace and test everything as an individual. Requirements for live processing will be published before live mode opens.
Payments
Which coins and networks are supported?
Bitcoin, Ethereum and EVM chains (Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, BNB Chain, Avalanche), Tron, Solana, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Monero and popular stablecoins and meme coins. Every network keeps its own balance; a USDT on Tron is never mixed with USDT on Ethereum.
What happens if the price moves while the customer pays?
Nothing. When an order is created in USD, EUR or GBP, the coin amount is locked. The customer pays exactly that amount, even if the market moves before their transaction confirms.
What if a customer sends too little or too much?
Underpayments within your tolerance setting are accepted; larger shortfalls mark the invoice as underpaid so the customer can top up. Overpayments are credited, and you can refund the difference from the dashboard.
Does every order get its own address?
Yes. Each invoice has its own deposit address, so payments are matched to orders automatically. Platforms that need a permanent wallet per user (for example games) can use the customer wallet API instead.
When is a payment final?
After the network-specific number of confirmations. If a block reorganisation removes a transaction afterwards, the payment is reversed and you receive a payment.reversed webhook.
Fees and payouts
How much does it cost?
0.5% per incoming payment, with no monthly or setup fee. Automatic conversion adds 0.25% on top of the exchange cost. Payouts cost the network fee plus a small commission, shown before you confirm. Try the fee calculator.
Can my customer pay the fee?
Yes. In Settings you can choose who pays the processing fee. If the customer pays, the 0.5% is added to the invoice total and you receive the full order amount.
How do payouts work?
Request a payout to your own wallet in any supported asset. You can require manual approval, set daily limits, or enable automatic withdrawals once a balance reaches a threshold.
Do refunds cost a commission?
No. Refunds to your customers only carry the network fee.
Security and compliance
How are funds protected?
Double-entry accounting for every balance change, isolated signing for private keys, two-factor authentication, IP allowlists for API keys and dashboard, and approval rules for payouts.
Do you screen addresses?
Yes. Deposit senders and payout destinations are checked against sanctions lists. Matching deposits are frozen for review, and payouts to listed addresses are refused. See the AML policy.
How do I verify webhooks?
Every webhook carries a Stablora-Signature header (HMAC-SHA256 with a timestamp). Always verify it and treat an order as paid only after a verified webhook or an API lookup, never because of a browser redirect.
