Payout network fees
A flat fee per payout, deducted from the amount sent. It covers the blockchain transaction the platform pays for. Refunds carry the same network fee and no commission.

Good to know
- Locked prices. An order priced in USD, EUR or GBP locks the coin amount when it is created; market moves never change what the customer owes.
- Fees in the same coin. Fees are deducted in the asset and network of each transaction. Balances on different networks are never mixed.
- Card payments. Customers can buy crypto by card through Changelly inside the checkout; Changelly's own fees apply and are shown to the customer.
- Monthly statement. Every fee is itemised in your dashboard and in a downloadable monthly fee invoice.
- Test for free. Test API keys work on public testnets with free faucet coins and are never charged.
