Terms of Service

1. Service

Stablora is operated by the platform operator. It lets businesses ("merchants") accept cryptocurrency payments, hold balances with the platform (custodial model), convert assets and request payouts. The current installation is a sandbox/testnet environment: no real funds are processed.

2. Accounts and security

Merchants are responsible for their account credentials, API keys, IP allowlists, two-factor authentication and the actions of their team members. Notify the platform immediately about unauthorized access.

3. Payments and locked amounts

Invoices priced in USD lock the required crypto amount when the invoice is created. Later price movements do not change the amount due. Each order uses its own deposit address. Late, partial or excess payments are recorded and may require manual handling or refunds.

4. Fees

Processing fee 0.5% of incoming payments; conversion markup 0.25% in addition to provider costs; withdrawal commission and network fees as shown before each payout. Fees are deducted in the asset of the transaction. Monthly fee statements are available in the dashboard.

5. Payouts and refunds

Payouts and refunds are sent to addresses supplied by the merchant, subject to balance, approval rules and platform risk limits. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; the merchant is responsible for destination addresses.

6. Prohibited use

The service may not be used for unlawful activity. The platform may block addresses, hold payouts for review, suspend accounts and cooperate with lawful requests.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. The platform is not liable for blockchain network delays, forks, third-party swap venues or losses caused by compromised merchant credentials, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes and termination

Terms may change with notice. Either party may end the relationship; remaining balances are paid out after checks.
