How to set up WHMCS
- 1Download the ZIP and extract it into your WHMCS root folder (it only adds files under
modules/gateways/). - 2In Stablora create an API key with Payments only permissions (Developers → API keys).
- 3In Stablora open Developers → Webhook endpoints, add
https://your-whmcs.com/modules/gateways/callback/stablora.phpand copy the signing secret. - 4In WHMCS open System Settings → Payment Gateways → All Payment Gateways → Crypto (Stablora), paste the key and the secret, and save.

Underpaid, overpaid, late or reversed payments go to the Gateway Log for your decision.

Questions about WHMCS and Stablora
Is the WHMCS plugin free?
Yes. The WHMCS plugin is free to download. Stablora charges 0.5% per incoming payment and nothing else — no monthly or setup fee.
Which coins can customers pay with?
USDT on TRON, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche and Solana; USDC on the same EVM networks, Base and Solana; plus BTC, ETH, SOL, TRX, BNB, POL, AVAX, LTC, DOGE, XMR and the meme coins SHIB, PEPE, BONK and WIF. They choose the coin and network on the Stablora payment page; the amount is locked when they choose it.
When is an order marked paid?
Only after Stablora confirms the payment on the blockchain and the WHMCS side verifies the signed webhook and re-checks the payment status with the API. A browser redirect alone never marks anything paid.
Can I test it before taking real payments?
Yes. A test API key (qk_test_…) works on public testnets with free faucet coins, so you can run the whole flow before switching to a live key. See the testing guide.
Where does the money go?
Into your Stablora balance, per network and asset. You withdraw to your own wallet from the dashboard, manually or automatically, and can have coins converted to USDT or USDC on supported networks.
