Refund Policy
1. Who refunds
Stablora processes payments on behalf of merchants. Purchases, deliveries and returns are between the customer and the merchant. A customer who wants a refund must contact the merchant; the merchant decides and starts the refund from their dashboard or the API.
2. How refunds are paid
Refunds are sent in the same coin and on the same network as the original payment, to an address the customer supplies. The merchant can refund the full amount received or part of it; the total refunded can never exceed what the payment actually received. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, so customers must double-check the address.
3. Fees
Stablora charges no commission on refunds. The network fee of the refund transaction applies. The original processing fee is not returned.
4. Underpayments, overpayments and late payments
If a customer pays too little, too much or after the invoice expired, the payment is recorded and the merchant is notified. The merchant can ask for a top-up, fulfil the order or refund the amount received.
5. Reversed and frozen payments
A payment removed by a blockchain reorganisation is reversed and not refundable, because the funds never settled. Payments frozen after sanctions screening are handled according to the AML policy and applicable law.
6. Current environment
This installation runs in sandbox/testnet mode. No real funds are processed, and no real refunds are paid.
