How fast is a AVAX payment confirmed?

Stablora credits it after 20 confirmations on Avalanche. The checkout page shows the progress live, and you receive a signed payment.completed webhook the moment it is credited.

What does it cost to accept AVAX?

0.5% of each payment, with no monthly or setup fee. Withdrawing to your own wallet costs a 0.5% commission plus a flat network fee (0.005 AVAX on Avalanche).

What if the customer sends too little or too much?

If less arrives, the checkout asks for the rest before the order expires (you can accept small shortfalls with a tolerance in Settings). Anything above the amount due is recorded as an overpayment that you can refund.

What if the customer uses the wrong network or coin?

The checkout shows the coin and network right next to the address. Coins sent on another network or in another coin are not credited automatically.

Can I receive AVAX but keep dollars?

Yes. Turn on auto-conversion and incoming AVAX is swapped to USDT or USDC on-chain (Avalanche) for 0.25% on top of the exchange cost.
