Is Stablora custodial?

Yes. Customers pay to addresses Stablora controls and your balance is recorded in our ledger until you withdraw it — manually, or automatically with auto-withdrawals.

What does it cost?

0.5% per incoming payment, paid by you or your customer. Auto-conversion adds 0.25% on top of the venue cost. Payouts cost the network fee plus a 0.5% commission, shown before you confirm. No monthly or setup fee.

Which coins and networks can I accept?

16 coins and tokens on 13 networks, including USDT and USDC on several chains, BTC, ETH, SOL, TRX, LTC, XMR and DOGE. Balances are kept separately per network and asset.

What happens if a customer pays too little?

The checkout shows the remaining amount and the payment stays open until it expires. You can set an underpayment tolerance; short, extra or late payments trigger a payment.discrepancy webhook.

Do I need to verify my identity?

No documents are required to open an account today. We may ask about a business or a transaction at any time and hold payouts until we hear back — see the AML policy.
