Accept crypto payments on pretix
Payment plugin for pretix: sell event tickets for crypto; the order is paid and tickets are sent after a verified payment.
Requires: Self-hosted pretix 2024.1+ (tested on 2026.8), tickets priced in USD, EUR or GBP
No monthly, setup or minimum fee.
USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, TRX and more.
The coin amount is fixed when the buyer picks a coin; every order gets its own address.
Signed webhook plus a server-side status check.
How to set up pretix
- 1On the pretix server run
pip install pretix-stablora-1.0.0.zip, thenpython -m pretix migrateandpython -m pretix rebuild, and restart pretix. - 2In Stablora create an API key with read + payments (
qk_test_…while the event is in test mode). - 3In pretix open the event → Settings → Plugins and enable Stablora (crypto), then Settings → Payment → Crypto (Stablora).
- 4Add a webhook endpoint in Stablora for the URL shown there (
https://your-pretix.com/_stablora/webhook/), paste the key and the signing secret, enable and save.

For self-hosted pretix. pretix.eu (hosted) only runs plugins installed by the pretix team.
Tested inside a real pretix 2026.8 against a real Stablora: ticket bought, coin picked on the Stablora page, signed webhook, order paid.

Questions about pretix and Stablora
Is the pretix plugin free?
Yes. The pretix plugin is free to download. Stablora charges 0.5% per incoming payment and nothing else — no monthly or setup fee.
Which coins can customers pay with?
USDT on TRON, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche and Solana; USDC on the same EVM networks, Base and Solana; plus BTC, ETH, SOL, TRX, BNB, POL, AVAX, LTC, DOGE, XMR and the meme coins SHIB, PEPE, BONK and WIF. They choose the coin and network on the Stablora payment page; the amount is locked when they choose it.
When is an order marked paid?
Only after Stablora confirms the payment on the blockchain and the pretix side verifies the signed webhook and re-checks the payment status with the API. A browser redirect alone never marks anything paid.
Can I test it before taking real payments?
Yes. A test API key (qk_test_…) works on public testnets with free faucet coins, so you can run the whole flow before switching to a live key. See the testing guide.
Where does the money go?
Into your Stablora balance, per network and asset. You withdraw to your own wallet from the dashboard, manually or automatically, and can have coins converted to USDT or USDC on supported networks.
